Engagements & billing
Each engagement is scoped individually after a discovery call. Payment terms and deliverables are defined in your proposal or statement of work.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Dissectly in violation of applicable law or Stripe's terms.
Limitation of liability
Dissectly is provided "as is." We are not liable for business decisions made based on autopsy reports. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months.
